Marshall & Broughams role was to manage all aspects of trade contractor selection, establishing scopes, tradetendering, trade contractor engagement, constructability planning, site supervision and building of the project. In addition Marshall & Brougham coordinated and reviewed all documentation and provided critical assessment and feedback during the projects pre-construction phase.
In addition, Marshall & Brougham managed all tenant and buyer changes and adjustments, over 40 of the 60 separate apartments including meetings with buyers and making all changes to documents, managing variations (costs and credits) that arose, and ensuring the physical changes were made to apartments under construction. To achieve this required complex administration and physical resources.
The project included a half level basement to level 3 providing multiple level car parking, podium deck to level 5, with gym and sauna and 9 upper level accommodation floors comprising 60 apartments, with a penthouse floor on Level 15.
