Davaar House

Built in 1876, Davaar House has been derelict for over 10 years. This award-winning restoration has maintained the building’s traditional charm while adding contemporary elements to create a day spa, and amenities such as consultation rooms, yoga studio, and cafe. All aspects of the restoration have been expertly planned and crafted, resulting in a place that radiates peace and encourages wellbeing.

This project has won both the State and National Australian Institute of Building’s 2024 Professional Excellence Award for Commercial Construction ($2 million to $25 million).
